How much does estate cleaning cost?

Estate and big-home cleaning starts from $599 per visit. Final pricing depends on square footage, frequency, scope (whole-home vs. selected wings), bedroom and bath count, and whether the home is occupied or vacant. We provide a flat-rate quote after a 15-minute walkthrough (in-person or video).

Are your estate teams NDA-friendly?

Yes. NDAs are signed before any team enters the home. Every cleaner is W-2 vetted, ID-verified, background-checked and covered by liability insurance. We work routinely with celebrities, executives, royal-family members and family offices.

Do you serve Saudi & GCC mansion owners?

Yes. A meaningful share of our estate roster is Saudi and Gulf-based — Beverly Hills, Bel Air, Holmby Hills and Newport Coast summer residences and full-time investment estates. Arabic-speaking concierge, women-only teams, halal-aware private cooks and NDA-signed staff are all available on request.

How many cleaners do you send to a 10,000 sq ft estate?

Typically 4–8 staff with a lead, sized to finish the property in a single supervised window. We can scale up to 12+ for opening-day cleans, post-construction or major event prep.

Can you coordinate with our existing estate manager / household staff?

Absolutely. We slot in alongside your house manager, butler, chef, security and grounds team. We follow your protocols (entry, alarm, footwear, photography rules, off-limits rooms) and report through your designated point of contact.

Do you offer recurring estate housekeeping?

Yes. Most estate clients are on a recurring rotation — daily, twice-weekly, weekly or seasonal. The same lead and the same vetted team return every visit, which estate owners consistently rate as our biggest differentiator.
