Move-in / move-out is performed in a vacant home and covers everything — cabinet interiors, drawer interiors, appliance interiors (oven, fridge, dishwasher), baseboards top-to-bottom, behind appliances, all glass and fixtures, switch plates, vents, garage detail, balcony / patio sweep. Standard cleaning is for occupied homes and skips most of these.
