The Sunday-return crowd
The end of a Vegas weekend is when nobody wants an airport. Your chauffeur meets you at the hotel entrance, the luggage disappears into the back, and the next stop is your own driveway.
Convention & event departures
CES, trade-show and conference travelers leaving the Las Vegas Convention Center or a Strip property get a quiet cabin to decompress — or to keep working — for the ride back to LA.
Groups heading home together
The Sprinter that brought the group out brings it home: one pickup time, one vehicle, everyone and every bag accounted for — no coordinating three separate rides at checkout.
Late-night and post-show departures
After a fight, residency show or private event, a pre-booked overnight run beats hunting for long-distance transport at midnight. Dispatch runs 24/7; professional chauffeurs trained for discretion.
Pickup, step by step
Your Las Vegas pickup, step by step
Set the pickup around your checkout
Give us your hotel and target departure; dispatch confirms the pickup point — usually the hotel's own porte-cochère — and coordinates timing so you are not standing with luggage in a taxi queue.
Chauffeur staged before you walk out
Your chauffeur's name and direct contact are shared ahead of the pickup. At large Strip properties the correct valet or rideshare-free pickup area is agreed in advance with the bell desk where needed.
Westbound on the I-15
Primm, Baker and Barstow roll past in reverse order, down the Cajon Pass and onto the I-10 west. A requested stop — an outlet run in Barstow, or a proper meal in Baker — is planned into the schedule at booking.
Door drop in Beverly Hills
Home, hotel or office — including gated and canyon addresses, with gate access coordinated before arrival so the trip ends at your door, not at a call box.

Route guidance
Leaving Las Vegas: timing the westbound I-15
The return has its own traffic pattern. Westbound I-15 out of Las Vegas is heaviest on Sunday afternoons and the tail end of holiday weekends, when the whole of Southern California drives home at once — the backup typically builds from Primm through Baker. Leaving before late morning, or waiting until after early evening, routinely saves an hour or more.
Monday-morning returns are the sleeper option. Travelers with flexible schedules leave early Monday instead of fighting Sunday: the corridor is quiet, and you are back on the Westside before lunch.
Overnight and post-event departures work too. Dispatch runs 24/7, so a post-show or post-fight departure at midnight is a normal booking, not a special request — many clients sleep the ride home. Plan the outbound leg as well? See Beverly Hills to Las Vegas, or the departure-timing guide for both directions.
