Super Bowl LXI Transportation in Los Angeles for Principals, Hosts and Guest Programs

Super Bowl LXI is Sunday, February 14, 2027 at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood. Beverly Hills Lux Ride runs private chauffeured programs across that week: airport and FBO arrivals, hotel movements, Super Bowl Week events, game-day departures and late-night standby — planned as one manifest with one operations contact, rather than dozens of separate rides booked by different people.

Who this is for

Built for the people who move groups, not just guests

Super Bowl week is not one ride. It is a week of overlapping movements where the schedule changes and the roads close. These are the buyers we build programs for:

Corporate hosts & sponsors

Hosted clients arriving on different flights, staying in different hotels, and needing to reach the same activation on time — with one invoice at the end.

Executive assistants & travel managers

One contact who owns the whole program, advance chauffeur details, and a plan that survives a principal changing their schedule twice.

Agencies & event producers

Manifest-driven movements, staging that respects venue rules, on-site coordination and predictable closeout billing.

Private clients & families

Discreet point-to-point and standby transportation across the week, including late-night returns after events.

What we manage

What a Super Bowl week program actually covers

A game-day car is the easy part. The value is in everything around it:

  • Airport and FBO arrivals — LAX, Van Nuys, Burbank, Hawthorne, Long Beach and John Wayne, flight-tracked, with individual passenger manifests rather than a group guess.
  • Hotel-cluster movements — Beverly Hills, West Hollywood, Century City, Santa Monica and Downtown LA, sequenced so vehicles are staged before guests are ready.
  • Super Bowl Week events — the week around the game carries its own schedule of activations and functions across the region; movements are planned against the official schedule once published.
  • Game day — arrival timing built backward from the published kickoff, with the drop-off point set by the official transportation rules for the event.
  • Standby and as-directed hours — a vehicle and chauffeur held for a principal or group for a defined window, instead of re-summoning cars all day.
  • Late-night and after-event returns — the hardest movement of the week, planned in advance rather than negotiated at 1 AM in a crowd.
  • Contingency — backup vehicles identified per movement, and one escalation path when the schedule moves.

Fleet fit

Vehicles matched to passengers, luggage and role

Practical capacity by class — exact fit confirmed in your written proposal; luggage, equipment and child seats reduce usable seats.
ClassPassengersLuggageTypical program role
Executive SedanMercedes-Benz S-Class or comparable 2–3 2–3 large bags Principal and executive point-to-point
Luxury SUVCadillac Escalade ESV or comparable 5–6 5–6 large bags The workhorse: hosted guests, families and luggage-heavy arrivals
Sprinter VanMercedes-Benz Sprinter up to 14 Group luggage + gear Entourages, staff groups and multi-passenger hotel-to-venue movements

Owned vs managed capacity: Programs are delivered with our directly operated vehicles plus vetted affiliate capacity when a movement requires more vehicles than we operate ourselves. The split for your specific program — how many vehicles are ours and how many are partner-supplied — is stated in writing in your proposal.

How the program runs

From first brief to final invoice

  1. Discovery

Passenger counts, vehicle classes, dates, venues, airports and standby windows are captured in one brief — no re-explaining the itinerary to three people.

  2. Route & schedule plan

Movements are sequenced against real Los Angeles traffic patterns and event-day road closures, with buffers where the schedule is tight.

  3. Manifest build

Passengers, pickup points, times and vehicle assignments are consolidated into one manifest you review and approve before the first arrival.

  4. Vehicle & chauffeur confirmation

Vehicle classes and chauffeur assignments are locked, with the backup plan identified for each movement.

  5. Advance chauffeur details

Chauffeur name and contact are shared ahead of each movement to the contacts you designate.

  6. Live execution

Dispatch monitors flights and movements in real time; one operations contact owns your program for its duration.

  7. Schedule changes

Changes route through the same operations contact — no re-booking through a consumer form mid-event.

  8. Escalation

A named escalation path covers delays, vehicle issues and last-minute additions, including after hours.

  9. Reconciliation

The program closes with consolidated billing against the approved manifest rather than scattered per-ride receipts.

Planning reality

What makes Super Bowl week different from a normal event night

Los Angeles absorbs big events well — the region hosts stadium concerts, awards shows and playoff games without breaking. A Super Bowl is different in one specific way: demand for vehicles and chauffeurs peaks across the entire region at the same time, for several consecutive days, while road access around the venue tightens under rules that are published late.

That produces three planning consequences worth understanding before you book anything. First, supply is the constraint, not price — the vehicles committed to programs in the autumn are simply not available in February. Second, the schedule you plan in advance will change, because principals change flights and events run long; a program built with standby time absorbs that, while a stack of individual bookings does not. Third, the final movement of each night is the hardest one — leaving a venue or activation with 70,000 other people rewards a pre-agreed pickup plan and punishes improvisation.

Nobody can promise you traffic-free travel that week, and anyone who does is selling something they cannot deliver. What a managed program does is remove the coordination burden: one manifest, one contact, vehicles committed in advance, and a written plan for what happens when the day moves.

Buyer questions

Super Bowl LXI transportation questions

When and where is Super Bowl LXI?
Sunday, February 14, 2027, at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, California. Kickoff time is announced by the NFL closer to the game — we plan game-day timing once it is official rather than guessing.
How early should a Super Bowl program be reserved?
As early as the dates are known. Vehicle and chauffeur supply across Los Angeles tightens for a Super Bowl week long before the game, and multi-vehicle programs are the first thing to become hard to source. Early commitment also means your vehicle classes are locked rather than substituted.
Where exactly will vehicles drop off at SoFi Stadium?
Drop-off, staging and pickup rules for an event of this scale are set by the venue, the organizers and law enforcement, and they are typically published close to the event — often differing from a normal game day. Your plan is built around the official rules once released, and we do not promise a specific zone before then.
Can you handle ten or more vehicles at once?
Yes — multi-vehicle programs are a core service. See 10+ SUV fleet and standby service for how allocation, staging, communications and backups are managed across a convoy.
Are you an official Super Bowl or NFL transportation provider?
No. We are an independent chauffeured transportation provider with no affiliation to the NFL, Super Bowl LXI, SoFi Stadium or the host committee. We move your people to and from the event; everything inside it belongs to the organizers.
Do you provide security or protection services?
We provide chauffeurs and vehicles, and we coordinate with your licensed protection team when you have one — see security team transportation coordination. Transportation is not armed protection, and we never present it as such.
How does billing work for a multi-day program?
Programs close with consolidated billing against the approved manifest rather than scattered per-ride charges. Payment terms, including PO and net-terms options for qualified accounts, are set in the proposal before the program starts.
What happens when the schedule changes mid-week?
Changes go through your operations contact, not a consumer booking form. That is the entire point of a managed program: one person who knows your manifest can move a vehicle without you re-explaining the itinerary.
