Curbside pickup at any of the 9 LAX terminals, real-time flight tracking (we adjust automatically for early arrivals and delays), 60 minutes of complimentary wait time on international arrivals, fuel, standard gratuity, and bottled water. In-terminal meet-and-greet at baggage claim with a name sign is an optional upgrade.
Curbside pickup is included free on every booking. A full in-terminal meet-and-greet — your chauffeur waits at baggage claim holding a name sign and assists with luggage — is a small upgrade and is popular for international arrivals at Tom Bradley (TBIT) and first-time visitors.
Long-distance transfers (San Diego ~120 miles, Santa Barbara ~95 miles, Palm Springs ~110 miles) are still flat-rate — priced by distance and vehicle class, not by a running meter. San Diego starts from $350 and Palm Springs from $495. You get the locked price up front; traffic and time of day do not change it.
All 9 — Terminals 1 through 8 plus Tom Bradley International (TBIT). Black car and chauffeur service skips the LAXit rideshare lot entirely; we are authorized for curbside arrivals pickup and departures drop-off, saving you 20+ minutes versus Uber/Lyft.
