Yes. Coachella Weekend 1 and Weekend 2 have identical artist lineups, same set times, and same stage configurations. The only differences are crowd size (Weekend 2 typically slightly smaller), media presence (lower on Weekend 2), and after-party scene (more local insiders on Weekend 2).

Weekend 2 typically offers shorter security lines, faster pass pickup, better last-minute hotel availability, lower flight prices, and a more relaxed insider crowd. Many touring artists, industry professionals, and Coachella veterans prefer Weekend 2 for these reasons.
When is Stagecoach Festival 2026?
Stagecoach Festival is held the weekend immediately after Coachella Weekend 2 at the same Empire Polo Club venue in Indio, California. It runs Friday through Sunday in late April or early May. Exact dates are announced by Goldenvoice (the same promoter that runs Coachella).

Is Stagecoach at the same venue as Coachella?
Yes. Stagecoach Festival is held at Empire Polo Club, the exact same venue as Coachella. Address: 81-800 Avenue 51, Indio, CA 92201. Same gates, same parking, same hotel options. Only the music and the crowd are different (country music vs Coachella's pop/rock/electronic).
What is included in a Coachella VIP Pass?
Coachella VIP passes include access to the VIP-only Rose Garden viewing area at Indio Central Stage, exclusive VIP lounges throughout the festival, premium food and beverage areas, dedicated VIP entry gates (faster than GA), and access to private restroom facilities. What is a Coachella Safari Pass?
Coachella Safari is the most exclusive accommodation tier — luxury safari tents and lodges located on festival grounds, walking distance to all stages. Safari pass includes VIP festival access, on-site dining, and concierge. Safari tents are some of the most expensive Coachella accommodations and book out within minutes of going on sale.
What is a Coachella Resort Pass?
Coachella Resort is on-site pre-built accommodations including suites, cabins, and shared resort houses. Includes festival access, all-inclusive food and beverage, and shuttle access to the festival. More affordable than Safari but still premium. Resort guests appreciate not driving daily.
What is the Stagecoach Corral Pass?
Stagecoach Corral is the premium standing/limited seating area directly in front of the Mane Stage at Stagecoach. Corral pass holders enter through a dedicated gate and get the closest position to headliners. There are also Corral Tables for groups. Corral passes book out fast every year.
Does a Coachella VIP pass give me access to Weekend 1 AND Weekend 2?
No. Coachella passes (including VIP, Safari, and Resort) are weekend-specific. A Weekend 1 VIP pass only works Weekend 1. Some artists release Weekend 2 passes after Weekend 1 sells out. Stagecoach is a completely separate event with its own pass.

Coachella shuttles are budget-friendly but run on fixed schedules with shared seating and limited late-night returns. Private car service costs more but gives you flexible departures, no shared rides, late-night after-party returns, and door-to-door service from your hotel or rental. For VIP pass holders, private is the standard.
Where can my chauffeur pick me up after Coachella?
We pre-arrange a return pickup point at booking — typically a staged location 5-10 minutes from the festival exit to avoid the mass exodus traffic jam. You text your chauffeur when you're leaving the venue and they meet you at the pre-arranged spot.
How do I avoid traffic getting to Empire Polo Club?
Our local Coachella Valley chauffeurs know every back-route alternative when Avenue 51, Monroe Street, and the main approach roads jam during festival arrival/departure windows. We monitor live traffic and adjust routing in real time.
Where do I pick up my Coachella wristband?
If you bought your Coachella pass with a shipping address, your wristband ships in the mail before the festival. If shipping deadlines passed or your wristband never arrived, will-call is at the festival box office on-site. Bring your photo ID and order confirmation. Will-call lines are typically shortest on Friday morning.
My Coachella wristband won't activate. What do I do?
Activation issues happen every year. Visit the wristband help tent located near the main festival entrance with your photo ID and order confirmation email. Goldenvoice on-site staff can re-activate or replace damaged wristbands within 15-30 minutes. Don't cut or tamper with the wristband.
Can I leave the festival and re-enter?
Coachella allows re-entry with your wristband for VIP pass holders only (one re-entry per day). General Admission has no re-entry — once you leave, you're out. Stagecoach allows re-entry for all pass tiers. Plan accordingly when scheduling your chauffeur for hotel breaks.
What is the bag policy at Coachella and Stagecoach?
Both festivals allow small bags (12"x12") and clear plastic bags. No backpacks (clear backpacks are allowed at Stagecoach but not Coachella), no professional cameras with detachable lenses, no outside food/drinks, no umbrellas. Updated policy posted on coachella.com/stagecoach.com each year.
Are there ADA accommodations at Empire Polo Club?
Yes. Both festivals have dedicated ADA viewing platforms at every stage, ADA shuttle service, accessible parking, and accessible restrooms. Pre-register for ADA accommodation at coachella.com/access. Our chauffeurs can drop at the ADA gate on request.
Is Coachella cashless?
Yes. Both Coachella and Stagecoach are 100% cashless. All purchases inside the festival use your wristband — you load funds onto it via the Coachella/Stagecoach app or at on-site kiosks. Cash is not accepted anywhere inside the venue.
If I do Coachella W2 + Stagecoach, where do I stay between weekends?
Most multi-weekend guests stay at the same Coachella Valley hotel (Parker Palm Springs, La Quinta Resort, Indian Wells Resort) through both weekends rather than checking out and back in. The 4-day gap between Coachella Weekend 2 ending Sunday and Stagecoach starting Friday is perfect for desert downtime, golf, or short LA trips.
