Vehicle classes

Choose the right vehicle for the desert run

On a 4-to-5-hour drive, cabin space matters more than on an airport hop. Passenger and luggage figures are practical working ranges, not theoretical maximums.

Good to know

Questions travelers ask first

How long is the drive from the LA area to Las Vegas?

Typically 4 to 5 hours from Westside and central origins (roughly 270 miles) and 4.5 to 5.5 hours from the west Valley (roughly 280–290 miles), before stops and unusual traffic. Friday afternoons outbound and Sunday afternoons returning are the heavy windows. Each origin page above gives the specifics for its own starting point.

How is the trip priced?

Every Las Vegas trip is a fixed quote by vehicle class, confirmed in writing before you book — not a meter and not a surge price. Your confirmed quote shows the full price and exactly what it includes before you pay — no surge pricing and no surprise line items at the kerb. Gratuity is optional and never required. If you'd like to recognize your chauffeur, you can add it at booking or after the trip.

Can the chauffeur stop along the way?

Yes — requested stops (Barstow, Baker, or a second pickup before the freeway) are planned at booking so the schedule and written quote reflect them. See the stops guide.

Are round trips available?

Yes. Book the outbound and return legs together and both are confirmed on one written itinerary; the same chauffeur can be requested for both, subject to schedule.

Which Las Vegas destinations do you serve?

Strip hotels (drop-off at the porte-cochère), off-Strip and Downtown hotels, private residences, Henderson, Summerlin and Harry Reid International Airport. For the Convention Center, Sphere, Allegiant Stadium and T-Mobile Arena, event-day access rules are set by the venue — name the event at booking and the drop is planned to the official routing. Details in the drop-off guide.

Can I request child seats?

Yes — infant, toddler and booster seats are available at $25 per seat, added at booking. Tell dispatch each child's age, height and weight so the correct seat is installed before pickup.
