Los Angeles has more than one front door, and Super Bowl week uses all of them:

  • Van Nuys (VNY) — the region's primary business-aviation field and the busiest private option for a Los Angeles event of this scale.
  • Hawthorne (HHR) — closest field to the Inglewood venue area, frequently used when schedules are tight.
  • Burbank (BUR) — convenient for Hollywood, the Valley and Pasadena hotel bases.
  • Long Beach (LGB) and John Wayne (SNA) — practical for Orange County stays and southern approaches.
  • Private terminal arrivals — where a traveler uses a private terminal service at LAX, we coordinate to its process rather than claiming access we do not control.
  • Luggage and equipment planning — arrivals week is heavy; vehicle class is assigned from bag counts and gear, not headcount alone.

Owned vs managed capacity: Programs are delivered with our directly operated vehicles plus vetted affiliate capacity when a movement requires more vehicles than we operate ourselves. The split for your specific program — how many vehicles are ours and how many are partner-supplied — is stated in writing in your proposal.

How the program runs

From first brief to final invoice

  1. Discovery

    Passenger counts, vehicle classes, dates, venues, airports and standby windows are captured in one brief — no re-explaining the itinerary to three people.

  2. Route & schedule plan

    Movements are sequenced against real Los Angeles traffic patterns and event-day road closures, with buffers where the schedule is tight.

  3. Manifest build

    Passengers, pickup points, times and vehicle assignments are consolidated into one manifest you review and approve before the first arrival.

  4. Vehicle & chauffeur confirmation

    Vehicle classes and chauffeur assignments are locked, with the backup plan identified for each movement.

  5. Advance chauffeur details

    Chauffeur name and contact are shared ahead of each movement to the contacts you designate.

  6. Live execution

    Dispatch monitors flights and movements in real time; one operations contact owns your program for its duration.

  7. Schedule changes

    Changes route through the same operations contact — no re-booking through a consumer form mid-event.

  8. Escalation

    A named escalation path covers delays, vehicle issues and last-minute additions, including after hours.

  9. Reconciliation

    The program closes with consolidated billing against the approved manifest rather than scattered per-ride receipts.

Arrivals-week questions

Can you meet a private aircraft at an FBO?
Yes. FBO pickups are arranged against the tail number and expected arrival time, coordinated with the FBO's own procedures. Access and staging inside any FBO remain that operator's decision, and we work within it rather than around it.
How do you handle a group landing on different flights?
That is what the manifest exists for. Each passenger is tracked to their own flight, vehicles are assigned by arrival window and destination cluster, and the plan flexes when one flight slips without stranding the rest.
Which airport should our group use?
It depends on where you are staying and how tight the schedule is — Van Nuys and Hawthorne suit private aviation, LAX carries the commercial volume, and Burbank or Orange County can be better for specific hotel bases. Tell us the hotels and we will advise honestly, including when the answer is "the one you already booked".
What about international arrivals and customs timing?
Customs clearance time varies with staffing and arrival banks, so we track the flight and time the pickup to the actual clearance rather than promising a fixed number of minutes.
Is meet-and-greet inside the terminal available?
Curbside pickup is included on every airport transfer. In-terminal meet-and-greet can be arranged on request — ask when booking and it will be confirmed on your quote.
