LAX International Chauffeur Service · TBIT Premium Pickup
Overview
Welcome to Los Angeles — Premium Arrival From Anywhere
Arriving at LAX from overseas is different from a domestic flight. You've been in transit 8–16 hours, cleared U.S. Customs and Border Protection, navigated baggage claim 5 at Tom Bradley International Terminal (TBIT / Terminal B), and now face the LAXit shuttle queue if you\'re relying on Uber or Lyft. Rideshare options dump you at the LAXit lot where you wait 15–40 minutes for a driver who may or may not speak English clearly. That\'s not how a jet-lagged international traveler should arrive in Los Angeles.
Beverly Hills Lux Ride handles LAX international arrivals differently. We monitor your flight from wheels-up at origin through wheels-down at LAX. When your flight lands, our chauffeur is already positioned near TBIT arrivals. Typical U.S. Customs clearance adds 30–60 minutes post-landing — we factor this automatically. The moment you exit the Customs clearance doors into the TBIT arrivals hall, your chauffeur is waiting with a discreet sign bearing your name. They assist with luggage, walk you through the exit, and have you seated in the vehicle at the curb within 5 minutes of you clearing Customs. No LAXit shuttle, no queue, no waiting.
We serve every major international source market: European business travelers (London Heathrow, Frankfurt, Paris CDG, Amsterdam Schiphol, Madrid, Milan, Zurich), Middle East (Dubai, Doha, Abu Dhabi, Jeddah, Riyadh), East Asia (Tokyo Narita/Haneda, Seoul ICN, Shanghai, Beijing, Hong Kong, Singapore, Taipei, Bangkok), South Asia (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore), Australia/New Zealand (Sydney, Melbourne, Auckland), South America (São Paulo, Buenos Aires, Lima, Bogotá, Mexico City), Africa (Johannesburg, Cairo, Casablanca, Lagos), and every other LAX long-haul destination.
Common destination patterns: Middle Eastern guests to Four Seasons Beverly Wilshire, Peninsula Beverly Hills, and Montage. Asian business travelers to Beverly Hilton, W Hollywood, or Downtown LA Ritz-Carlton. European leisure travelers to Shutters on the Beach, Fairmont Miramar Santa Monica, or Hotel Bel-Air. South American delegations to Mondrian West Hollywood or Beverly Hilton. Multilingual chauffeurs available on request (Spanish widely, plus French, Arabic, Mandarin, Portuguese, German, Japanese, Russian, and others).

What's Included
Built for Executives, Travelers & VIPs
TBIT (Tom Bradley) Specialist
Tom Bradley International Terminal (TBIT, also called Terminal B) is LAX's international arrivals hub. Our chauffeurs know the Customs & Border Protection clearance flow, the baggage claim 5 layout, and the VIP exit lanes. Meet-and-greet at the arrivals gate is included for international bookings.
Luggage Assistance
International travelers arrive with more luggage than domestic flyers. Our chauffeurs help at baggage claim, handle trolley coordination, and load luggage efficiently into the correct vehicle class. Executive Sprinter van for 3+ large suitcases per passenger. Cadillac Escalade ESV for 2–3 passengers + 6 suitcases.
Flight-Tracked (Delays Included)
International flights frequently arrive 1–3 hours late due to weather, jet-stream variation, or connection overrides at source airports. We monitor your specific flight number via FlightAware from the moment it leaves its origin. Your chauffeur is curbside the moment you exit Customs — not 20 minutes early, not 2 hours late.
English-Speaking NDA Chauffeurs
All chauffeurs speak fluent English. Multilingual chauffeurs (Spanish, French, Arabic, Mandarin, Portuguese, German, Japanese, Russian) are available on request — common for business travelers and foreign executives. Every chauffeur is NDA-signed and background-checked for corporate and VIP discretion.
Every LA Destination
Flat-rate transfers from LAX TBIT to Beverly Hills (Four Seasons, Beverly Hilton, Peninsula, Beverly Wilshire, Montage), Santa Monica (Fairmont, Shutters, Casa del Mar), Hollywood (Roosevelt, W Hollywood, Thompson), Downtown LA (Ritz-Carlton, InterContinental, NoMad), and every major hotel, residence, or meeting point.
Featured in LA Weekly

Frequently Asked
Everything You Need to Know
Where exactly is Tom Bradley International Terminal (TBIT)?
Tom Bradley International Terminal is located between Terminal 3 and Terminal 4 at LAX. It is also referred to as Terminal B. International arrivals from Europe, Asia, Middle East, South America, Australia, Africa, and some Central America destinations clear U.S. Customs & Border Protection here. After customs, passengers exit through a single arrivals hall with clear "Meeting Point" signage. Our chauffeur meets you there with a discreet name sign.
How does meet-and-greet work for international arrivals?
Your assigned chauffeur tracks your flight in real-time. When your flight lands, the chauffeur proceeds to the TBIT arrivals hall. Typical U.S. Customs clearance adds 30–60 minutes to your arrival time — we account for this. Your chauffeur waits at the arrivals hall exit (past the Customs exit doors) holding a discreet sign with your name. They assist with luggage, walk you to the vehicle at the curb, and depart for your destination. No LAXit shuttle, no queue.
Can you handle multiple passengers from one international flight?
Yes. For delegations, families, tour groups, or business teams arriving together, we match the vehicle to the group size: 3 passengers and 3 suitcases in a Mercedes S-Class, 6 in a Cadillac Escalade ESV or Chevrolet Suburban RST, 10+ in an Executive Mercedes Sprinter van. Multiple vehicles coordinated for larger groups. The chauffeur meets the entire group at arrivals and handles luggage for everyone.
What are the most common international travel destinations from LAX?
Beverly Hills (Four Seasons Beverly Wilshire, The Peninsula, Beverly Hilton, Montage), Santa Monica (Fairmont Miramar, Shutters on the Beach, Casa del Mar, Hotel Oceana), Hollywood (Roosevelt, W Hollywood, Thompson, Loews Hollywood), Downtown LA (Ritz-Carlton L.A. Live, InterContinental, NoMad, Hoxton), West Hollywood (Sunset Tower, Chateau Marmont, The London), and Malibu (Nobu Ryokan, Malibu Beach Inn). Plus private residences, consulates, embassies, production studios, and corporate offices.
Do your chauffeurs speak languages other than English?
All chauffeurs speak fluent English. Multilingual chauffeurs are available on request for bookings where the passenger prefers communication in another language: Spanish (widely available), French, Arabic, Mandarin, Portuguese, German, Japanese, Russian, and several others. Please request language preference at booking so we assign accordingly.
What does LAX international pickup cost?
Flat-rate pricing from LAX TBIT: Beverly Hills from $165, Santa Monica from $145, Hollywood from $165, Downtown LA from $185, Malibu from $225, Pasadena from $225, Long Beach from $195, Newport Beach from $265, San Diego from $595, Palm Springs from $495, Santa Barbara from $395. All rates are flat — no surge, no meter, no surprise fees. Cadillac Escalade ESV or Suburban upgrade adds $25–$75 depending on route.
My flight is delayed — will the chauffeur wait?
Yes. International flights are tracked in real-time via FlightAware from wheels-up at origin through wheels-down at LAX, plus Customs clearance window. If your flight is delayed 3 hours, your chauffeur is dispatched to arrive 30 minutes before the actual landing time. There is no extra charge for flight delays — this is included in the flat-rate international pickup pricing. The only charge is if you are delayed coming through Customs more than 90 minutes after wheels-down without communication (extended wait time billing).
How do I book from outside the US?
Email vip@lux4rides.com with: your flight number, arrival date and time, destination address in Los Angeles, number of passengers, number of large suitcases, preferred vehicle class (or let us recommend), and any language preferences. You'll receive a detailed quote with the flat-rate total, payment link (accepts international credit cards via Stripe), and confirmation with chauffeur details 24 hours before arrival. WhatsApp +1-206-483-7915 also works.
Do you accept international credit cards?
Yes. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, UnionPay, and JCB through Stripe international processing. Apple Pay and Google Pay also accepted for international issuers. For embassies, consulates, or corporate wire-transfer clients, we accept SWIFT wire payments with a $500 minimum. Zelle (US domestic only) is accepted for travelers with a US bank account.
Can you coordinate with my hotel concierge or assistant?
Yes — and this is the most common booking pattern for international VIP guests. Your executive assistant, hotel concierge, travel agent, or personal assistant emails vip@lux4rides.com with the booking details. We confirm directly with them, handle all coordination, and send the confirmation to both the assistant and the guest. Turnkey service — the guest simply arrives and meets their chauffeur.
Is the service suitable for royal families, diplomats, or heads of state?
Yes. We have serviced delegations from Middle Eastern royal families, European diplomatic missions, Asian corporate executives, and South American entertainment industry delegates. Protocols include: tinted vehicle fleet, NDA-signed chauffeurs, coordination with private security or embassy security details, pre-cleared routes to avoid paparazzi or media staging points, and private-jet-to-LAX-FBO transfers via Van Nuys (VNY) or Thermal (KTRM) for guests arriving on private aircraft.
Can you arrange return transportation to LAX for my departing flight?
Yes. Most international guests book round-trip when they arrive — one transfer from LAX to hotel, one transfer from hotel to LAX for departure. Round-trip booking ensures continuity (same vehicle class, same quality experience) and locks in pricing for the return leg. We factor in TSA wait time, international flight check-in windows (which typically require 3 hours before departure for international), and traffic conditions.
