Who books this trip

Made for the way WeHo travels

Entertainment & business travel

Agencies, studios and Design District showrooms book point-to-point transfers so meetings start on time — with a quiet cabin to prep in on the way up La Cienega.

Hotel stays on the Strip

Direct drop-off at Sunset Strip and West Hollywood hotels — Chateau Marmont, Sunset Tower, the Pendry, Mondrian, Andaz and the West Hollywood EDITION among them.

Nights out & events

Arriving for a show, dinner or a private event? Your chauffeur handles the door-to-door run so nobody in the group is parking, splitting rides or watching a surge meter.

Returning residents

Landing late at LAX and heading home to West Hollywood? One fixed quote, a tracked flight and help with luggage to the door.

Pickup, step by step

Your LAX pickup, step by step

  1. We track your flight, not the clock

Your reservation is tied to the flight number. If you land early or late, the pickup window moves automatically — no calls needed from the plane.

  2. Meet your chauffeur at arrivals

After you collect luggage, your chauffeur coordinates the pickup at your terminal's arrivals level — you'll have their name and direct contact by text. Prefer an in-terminal meet-and-greet? Ask when booking and it will be confirmed on your quote.

  3. One direct run to West Hollywood

No shared-van loops, no LAXit shuttle wait. Your chauffeur picks the best corridor for the hour — La Cienega for most trips, Sepulveda/405 or La Brea when traffic argues for it.

  4. Door drop at your exact address

Hotel forecourt, office, restaurant or residence — including addresses off Santa Monica Boulevard and in the Norma Triangle where rideshare pickups get chaotic.

Route guidance

The LAX–West Hollywood corridor, from the driver's seat

Route choice matters more than distance here. West Hollywood sits roughly 11 miles northeast of LAX, but no freeway goes there directly. The workhorse route is La Cienega Boulevard straight up through Baldwin Hills — predictable, scenic at night, and usually the fastest door-to-door. When La Cienega backs up, an experienced chauffeur runs Sepulveda to the 405 and across on Santa Monica Boulevard, or cuts up La Brea for east-side WeHo addresses near the Design District.

Timing is everything. Mid-morning and early-afternoon runs commonly land in the 25–35 minute range; weekday 4–7 pm arrivals can stretch past 50 minutes whichever corridor you take. If you're landing in that window ahead of an evening booking on the Strip, leave margin — your chauffeur will already have done so.

Where you're going changes the drop. Sunset Strip hotels use valet forecourts that private cars enter directly; many Santa Monica Boulevard venues and Norma Triangle residences are far easier by chauffeured drop-off than by circling for parking. Tell us the exact address at booking and the route is planned around it — including a preferred side entrance if your hotel has one.

Good to know

Questions travelers actually ask

How long is the drive from LAX to West Hollywood?
Typically 25–50 minutes. Off-peak trips up La Cienega usually run near the low end; weekday afternoon arrivals (4–7 pm) are the slowest window. Your chauffeur tracks traffic live and picks the corridor accordingly — travel times are estimates, never guarantees.
How much does a car service from LAX to West Hollywood cost?
Pricing is a fixed quote by vehicle class, shown before you book — enter your date, time and address in the booking portal and you'll see the exact price for sedan, SUV and Sprinter options in seconds. The quoted price is locked at booking; no surge pricing.
Where does my chauffeur meet me at LAX?
Standard pickups are coordinated at your terminal's arrivals level once you have your luggage — your chauffeur's name and mobile number are texted to you, so there's no guessing. If you'd rather be met inside the terminal with a name board, request in-terminal meet-and-greet when booking and it will be confirmed on your quote.
Which West Hollywood hotels do you serve?
All of them — Chateau Marmont, Sunset Tower, the Pendry West Hollywood, Mondrian, Andaz, the West Hollywood EDITION, the London and every other hotel, plus private residences and offices. Drop-off is at the door or forecourt, not a corner.
Do you handle late-night arrivals into LAX?
Yes — service runs 24/7 and the pickup follows your actual landing time. Red-eye and post-midnight arrivals are normal on this route; the Strip is about 25 minutes away at that hour.
Can I book the reverse trip, West Hollywood to LAX?
Yes. The reverse run has its own page with departure-timing guidance — see West Hollywood to LAX car service, or simply book both directions together in the portal.
