Protection Team Coordination

Security Team Transportation Coordination Los Angeles

When a principal travels with a licensed protection team, the transportation has to fit the security plan rather than compete with it. We supply chauffeurs and vehicles that integrate with your team's protocols — advance details, agreed communications, convoy discipline and staging. This is transportation, not protective services: we do not provide armed or unarmed protection, and we do not present chauffeurs as security personnel.

For multi-vehicle movements, see 10+ SUV fleet and standby service.

Who this is for

For teams who already own the security plan

You run the protective detail. We run the vehicles, to your direction, within clear licensing boundaries:

Executive protection firms

A chauffeur partner who takes direction from your team lead, understands convoy positioning, and does not improvise.

Corporate security teams

Vetted chauffeurs, advance vehicle and route details, and documentation your risk function can file.

Family offices

Consistent chauffeurs for principals and family, with discretion and data handling that match your household standards.

Visiting delegations

Vehicle coordination that works alongside protocol officers and any protective element already in place.

What we manage

Where our responsibility starts and stops

Clarity here protects everyone. What we provide:

  • Vetted chauffeurs — screened before assignment, briefed on the movement, and trained to work quietly alongside a protective detail.
  • Advance details — chauffeur names, vehicle descriptions and plate information supplied ahead of the movement to your designated contacts.
  • Convoy positioning — chauffeurs who understand order-of-march, spacing and holding, and follow your team lead's direction on the day.
  • Communications plan — agreed channels between your team, dispatch and chauffeurs, with a fallback when signal fails.
  • Staging discipline — vehicles positioned per venue and law-enforcement direction, and held ready rather than circling.
  • Discretion and data handling — passenger names and itineraries handled confidentially; NDAs accommodated where your program requires one.
  • What we do NOT provide — armed or unarmed protective services, executive protection, threat assessment or security consulting. Those require separate licensing and a separate provider; we work alongside yours.

Fleet fit

Vehicles matched to passengers, luggage and role

Practical capacity by class — exact fit confirmed in your written proposal; luggage, equipment and child seats reduce usable seats.
ClassPassengersLuggageTypical program role
Executive SedanMercedes-Benz S-Class or comparable 2–3 2–3 large bags Principal vehicle
Luxury SUVCadillac Escalade ESV or comparable 5–6 5–6 large bags Detail and follow vehicles
Sprinter VanMercedes-Benz Sprinter up to 14 Group luggage + gear Staff, equipment and support movements

Owned vs managed capacity: Programs are delivered with our directly operated vehicles plus vetted affiliate capacity when a movement requires more vehicles than we operate ourselves. The split for your specific program — how many vehicles are ours and how many are partner-supplied — is stated in writing in your proposal.

How the program runs

From first brief to final invoice

  1. Discovery

Passenger counts, vehicle classes, dates, venues, airports and standby windows are captured in one brief — no re-explaining the itinerary to three people.

  2. Route & schedule plan

Movements are sequenced against real Los Angeles traffic patterns and event-day road closures, with buffers where the schedule is tight.

  3. Manifest build

Passengers, pickup points, times and vehicle assignments are consolidated into one manifest you review and approve before the first arrival.

  4. Vehicle & chauffeur confirmation

Vehicle classes and chauffeur assignments are locked, with the backup plan identified for each movement.

  5. Advance chauffeur details

Chauffeur name and contact are shared ahead of each movement to the contacts you designate.

  6. Live execution

Dispatch monitors flights and movements in real time; one operations contact owns your program for its duration.

  7. Schedule changes

Changes route through the same operations contact — no re-booking through a consumer form mid-event.

  8. Escalation

A named escalation path covers delays, vehicle issues and last-minute additions, including after hours.

  9. Reconciliation

The program closes with consolidated billing against the approved manifest rather than scattered per-ride receipts.

Buyer questions

Coordination questions

Do your chauffeurs provide security?
No. Our chauffeurs drive and coordinate transportation. Protective services — armed or unarmed — require licensing we do not hold and do not claim. We work alongside your licensed protection team, not in place of it.
Are your chauffeurs security-trained?
They are professionally screened and briefed for discreet, disciplined work alongside protective details: positioning, communications and staging. We deliberately avoid the phrase "security-trained," because it implies a credential that belongs to your protection provider.
Can you provide armored vehicles?
No. Our fleet is standard luxury sedans, SUVs and Sprinter vans. If your risk assessment calls for armored transport, that is a specialist provider and we will say so rather than take the booking.
How far in advance do you supply chauffeur and vehicle details?
Ahead of each movement, to whichever contacts you designate — typically the detail leader and the program contact. The cadence is agreed with your team rather than assumed.
Will the same chauffeurs work the whole program?
Where the program allows, yes — driver continuity matters to protective teams, and we plan for it explicitly on multi-day movements.
Who directs the chauffeur on the day?
Your team lead directs movement decisions within the agreed plan; dispatch handles vehicle logistics and changes. That division is set in writing before the program starts.
