Signature Aviation
The global FBO flagship’s Van Nuys base — heavy international arrivals, large ramps, full crew services. We stage here more than anywhere else in the Valley.
VNY · America’s Premier Private-Jet Airport
Signature. Clay Lacy. Castle & Cooke. Jet Aviation. Whichever ramp your aircraft turns onto, your chauffeur is already there — flight-watched by tail number, planeside where the FBO permits, and rolling to Beverly Hills, Hollywood, Calabasas or Malibu minutes after the cabin door opens.

Van Nuys (VNY) is a private-aviation-only airport — there are no airline terminals, so your car meets you at the FBO handling your aircraft: Signature Aviation, Clay Lacy, Castle & Cooke or Jet Aviation. Beverly Hills Lux Ride tracks the flight by tail number, stages the vehicle before wheels-down, and your chauffeur meets you planeside where ramp access is permitted or inside the FBO lobby otherwise. Beverly Hills is a 25–45 minute chauffeured drive; rates are flat, in USD, with no surge — 24/7/365.

The Four Ramps of VNY
One of the world’s busiest general-aviation airports, an 8,000-foot main runway that takes heavy long-range jets, and four world-class FBOs — each with its own curb, its own rhythm, and a chauffeur who already knows it.
The global FBO flagship’s Van Nuys base — heavy international arrivals, large ramps, full crew services. We stage here more than anywhere else in the Valley.
Van Nuys royalty — the storied charter and management operator’s home terminal. White-glove handling where our chauffeurs are a familiar sight.
A discreet, service-first facility favored by owners and family offices. Quiet lobby, fast ramp, effortless curb.
The international network’s LA-area anchor — a frequent choice for corporate flight departments and transatlantic operators.
From the Ramp
Typical chauffeured times, traffic-dependent — your chauffeur reads the 405, Sepulveda and the canyons in real time and takes the one that’s moving. Each destination links to its own guide.

Arrivals & Departures
VNY exists so you never stand in a terminal. The ground leg should hold the same standard — here is how we run it.
VNY FAQ
At the FBO you name — Signature Aviation, Clay Lacy, Castle & Cooke or Jet Aviation. Where the facility grants vehicle ramp access, your chauffeur is escorted planeside and luggage moves straight from the hold to the trunk; otherwise the vehicle holds at the FBO entrance with your chauffeur waiting in the lobby with a name board or code name. You never walk to a car park.
About 12–14 miles (20–22 km) over the hill. Typical chauffeured drive time is 25–45 minutes depending on traffic on the 405 or the canyon routes — your chauffeur picks the faster of Sepulveda, Coldwater or Benedict Canyon in real time. It is usually a shorter, calmer run than LAX to Beverly Hills.
Van Nuys is purely private — no airline terminals, no TSA lines, no LAX-it lot. You taxi to a private FBO, walk a few steps, and you are in the car. For anyone based on the Westside, in the Valley or in the hills, VNY usually means wheels-down to front-door in under an hour.
Yes — give us the tail number or charter operator and dispatch watches the leg from wheels-up, adjusting the chauffeur automatically for early arrivals, ETA slips and slot changes. The car is on the ramp or at the door before the aircraft turns off the taxiway, at 2 PM or 2 AM.
Two hours is comfortable; same-hour requests are often covered subject to fleet position — call 424-209-2006 for urgent movements. Departure runs (home or hotel to VNY, timed to your wheels-up slot) book the same way, and holiday weeks deserve 24–48 hours of notice.
Every movement is quoted flat in USD before you confirm — based on vehicle class and distance, never demand. No surge, no meter, no waiting fees when your inbound slips, because the quote is locked at booking. Flight departments and brokers receive written quotes and NET terms via vip@lux4rides.com.
Cadillac Escalade ESV is the ramp default (6 passengers, 5 bags), the Mercedes-Benz S-Class for solo principals, Chevrolet Suburban for luggage-heavy legs and executive Sprinters for crews and entourages up to 14. Vehicles are assigned in advance and detailed before every movement.
Yes — most owners and charter guests keep the chauffeur: FBO to the hotel or estate, then meetings, dinner and the return leg with one vehicle throughout. See our hourly chauffeur service, or email the flight desk and we will architect the itinerary end-to-end.
Both. Departure runs are timed backward from your wheels-up slot so you arrive as the aircraft is prepped — never an hour early in an FBO lobby. Connecting to or from a commercial flight? We run VNY–LAX transfers daily; see the LAX connection guide below.
