What vehicle will I get when I book Comfort?
A Lexus ES, Tesla Model Y, Kia EV9, or similar comfort-class vehicle based on availability and route. We do not guarantee a specific model, color, or year — only the comfort-class standard. If you need a specific tier (Mercedes S-Class or Cadillac Escalade arrival), choose Luxury Sedan or Luxury SUV at checkout.
How many passengers and bags can ride in Comfort?
Designed for 1–3 passengers with light luggage (a carry-on and one checked bag per passenger as a guideline). For 4+ passengers or larger luggage loads, choose Luxury SUV. For groups of 7–14, choose Sprinter.
Is the price really flat? Do you charge surge?
The price you see online at booking is the price you pay. We do not apply surge multipliers — early-morning LAX runs, holidays, late nights, rainstorms and big events all book at the same flat rate. Gratuity is included. Tolls and airport access fees are reflected in your quote.
What is the pickup process at LAX?
For LAX arrivals we track your inbound flight in real time and adjust your pickup automatically. Once you land, your driver texts you their curbside zone. For departures, the driver arrives 5–10 minutes early at your address.
What is the difference between Comfort and Luxury Sedan?
Comfort is the practical everyday airport tier — clean newer comfort-class sedan or EV/SUV at a flat rate. Luxury Sedan is the executive/VIP tier — a Mercedes E-Class/S-Class, BMW 7-Series, or similar with stronger arrival presence. Both run the same dispatch and driver standards; the difference is vehicle class and price point.
Can I cancel or change my Comfort booking?
Yes. Free cancellation up to four hours before pickup. Modifications can be made online in your booking confirmation. Cancellations inside the four-hour window may incur a small fee — always disclosed at booking.
Do you serve airports other than LAX?
Yes. Comfort is also available for Burbank (BUR), John Wayne (SNA), Long Beach (LGB), Ontario (ONT), and San Diego (SAN), with the same flat-rate online booking model.
Can I add child seats?
Yes. Standard, booster, and rear-facing options are available. Add them during the online booking flow so dispatch assigns a vehicle with the correct mounts.
