Approximately 130 miles, 2 hours 20 minutes to 3 hours depending on weekend traffic. Festival Friday afternoons are the slowest — we typically recommend landing before 2 PM or after 9 PM for the smoothest arrival.
Yes. Every LAX pickup includes live flight tracking. If your flight is delayed, your chauffeur adjusts automatically. If it lands early, we're already at the curb. Included in every booking at no charge.
Absolutely. We drop at any hotel in Palm Springs, Palm Desert, La Quinta, Indian Wells, Rancho Mirage, Bermuda Dunes, or Indio — same flat rate. You can also book round-trip hotel-to-festival shuttles once you arrive.

Yes. We serve all LA-area airports: LAX, Burbank (BUR), Van Nuys (VNY FBO), Ontario (ONT), Long Beach (LGB), and John Wayne (SNA). Rates adjust based on distance — BUR/VNY are slightly cheaper than LAX to Indio.
Yes. Tarmac-side pickup at Signature, Atlantic, Clay Lacy, and all major LA-area FBOs including Van Nuys. Your chauffeur meets the plane at the gate.

Cancel up to 24 hours before pickup for a full refund on airport transfers. During Coachella weekend, cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a 50% fee due to blocked-out vehicle slots.
