Yes — the Executive Mercedes Sprinter has a tall roof (6'3" headroom), wide aisle, and high rear bench space specifically designed to accommodate poofy ball gowns without crushing the dress. The quinceañera typically sits at the rear on her own bench so her dress has full space. Chambelanes and damas sit in the forward seats.
Can we decorate the vehicle for photos?
Light decorations are encouraged. Floral arrangements, white ribbon, custom bows, "Mis XV" signage on the exterior — all OK if removable without damage. Optional: we offer a decoration-included package where we arrange the floral and ribbon work for you through our concierge team (add-on rate). Do you serve the Inland Empire and the Valley, or only central LA?
We serve all of Los Angeles County, San Bernardino County, Riverside County, Orange County, and parts of Ventura County. Common quinceañera routes include San Fernando Valley → downtown LA receptions, Inland Empire → Ontario/Pomona receptions, East LA → downtown venues, and Orange County → private residence receptions. Travel time is included in the flat rate for the full day.
Can the chauffeur help with the dress when getting in and out?
Yes. Chauffeurs assigned to quinceañera bookings are specifically briefed on dress-handling etiquette — opening the door, offering a hand, allowing space for the escort (chambelán) to help, and protecting the dress hem from curb-level dirt. This is not standard black-car training — it's quinceañera-specific service our chauffeurs opt into when they take these bookings.
How far in advance do we book?
Quinceañera season peaks April–October, with Saturdays fully booked 8–12 weeks in advance. Off-season (Nov–March) weddings are easier but Sprinter availability still books 4–6 weeks out. For a specific date + specific vehicle class, 2+ months is safe. Last-minute (2–3 weeks out) is possible but vehicle selection narrows and pricing may be higher.
