Yes. Every prom booking includes a direct text line to the assigned chauffeur and a 24/7 dispatch number. Parents typically text 10 minutes before pickup to confirm and can reach the chauffeur or dispatch at any point during the night. GPS tracking of the vehicle is available on request for parents who want real-time location.
What if prom runs late or we want to leave early?
Fully flexible. Many of our prom bookings include a generous "return window" (say, 11 PM to 2 AM for leaving the venue) and we accommodate the actual departure time. If the group decides to leave early, the chauffeur is ready within 10 minutes of a text. If the group wants to stay later, we adjust — no penalty for schedule changes within reasonable bounds.
Can I reserve a specific vehicle (like a specific Sprinter)?
For premium bookings (flat rate above $1,200 or multi-vehicle bookings), yes — we can assign a specific vehicle from our fleet. For standard prom bookings, we assign "a Sprinter of this spec class" rather than a specific VIN, which lets us optimize fleet allocation across dozens of prom bookings on the same night. Photos of the assigned vehicle are sent 48 hours before pickup.
Do you serve outside central LA?
Yes — Beverly Hills, Malibu, Pacific Palisades, Brentwood, Calabasas, Westlake Village, Thousand Oaks, Manhattan Beach, Hermosa Beach, Redondo Beach, Palos Verdes, Pasadena, La Cañada, Encino, Sherman Oaks, Studio City, Woodland Hills, and all surrounding high-school catchment areas. If the prom is inside LA County or Ventura County, we cover it.
How far in advance should I book for prom?
March/April prom season = peak demand. Book 4–8 weeks in advance for best vehicle availability (especially Sprinters). Last-minute bookings (1–2 weeks out) are possible but vehicle choice narrows. Multi-group bookings from the same school can lock in fleet discounts if coordinated together.
Can we decorate the vehicle or bring items on board?
Light decorations are OK (corsages, small prop items). No food, no drinks (bottled water provided), no staple/tape decorations on interior surfaces. Outside-the-vehicle decorations (bows, signs on the exterior) are OK if removable without damage.
What's the cost?
Flat-rate pricing starts at $495 for a 4–5 hour evening Sprinter booking. Party bus starts at $695. Black SUV (Escalade/Suburban) starts at $395 for smaller parties.
