Local festival service may include hourly SUVs, Sprinters, artist or management movements, hotel shuttles, and coordinated multi-vehicle programs.

Festival access, road closures, credential rules, and pickup zones can change. Beverly Hills Lux Ride is an independent transportation provider and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the festival or its organizers.

Yes. Stagecoach service may include airport transfers, hotel or residence pickups, hourly standby, group Sprinters, artist and management movements, and post-show returns. Book early, because the same regional fleet is in high demand around consecutive festival weekends.

The plan identifies the exact venue-approved pickup and drop-off process, the group leader, chauffeur communication, and what happens after the final performance. Gate access and a fixed exit time are never promised unless they are confirmed.

Choose among rental car, shared shuttle, rideshare, or a prearranged private vehicle based on budget, party size, luggage, arrival time, and the local plan after reaching the desert. A private transfer is strongest for a group that wants direct hotel or residence service, a planned cargo fit, and one operations contact.

The intercity transfer does not automatically include daily festival transportation. The LAX-to-desert leg and the local event service are quoted separately so you can see exactly what is covered.

Yes, if the exact Sprinter layout safely fits the party and bags. Festival groups often travel with large suitcases, coolers, wardrobe cases, or production equipment, so a nominal seat count can be misleading.

Send the complete passenger and cargo list. Dispatch may recommend a cargo-layout Sprinter, a second luggage vehicle, multiple SUVs, or a minibus.

Yes, subject to availability, minimum hours, service area, and the festival transportation plan. Hourly service can keep a vehicle assigned for hotel departures, dinners, activations, after-parties, or changing call times.

The confirmation explains the duty window, allowed staging, overtime, mileage or zone limits, chauffeur breaks, and the post-show pickup process. A vehicle on standby still must comply with venue and road controls.

Yes. A private program may separate artists, principals, management, production, and crew into appropriate vehicles and contact groups. Planning can include aliases, NDAs, credentials, hotel and compound access, luggage or equipment vehicles, and a dedicated operations lead.

Client names, movements, hotels, and event credentials are never published. Competence is demonstrated through the operating process and through anonymized case studies approved for publication.

Yes, subject to vehicle access, schedule, passenger volume, and hotel or venue rules. A true shuttle program needs published departure windows, loading points, group leaders, vehicle cycling, capacity, and a last-departure policy. It is different from calling individual cars on demand.

For a private residence or rental property, confirm that a minibus or Sprinter can enter and turn safely. A secondary pickup point is created when road or property access is restricted.

The chauffeur and operations team follow the current venue and police instructions, which may change during the event. You receive an agreed meeting plan, a communication channel, and a fallback location. Walking and vehicle-release time can be significant after a headliner.

No provider should guarantee an immediate curb pickup outside a restricted gate. The useful promise is active communication, preplanning, and a clear recovery plan if the original location closes.

Yes. Brand and hospitality programs may require airport arrivals, talent and executive vehicles, guest shuttles, venue transfers, dinner movements, and late-night returns. The transport lead works from the event schedule, guest tiers, credentials, staging map, and authorized change list.

The branded guest experience is kept separate from the operating-carrier facts. We never describe the company as an official festival, hotel, or brand partner without written permission.

As early as practical. Vehicle supply, lodging, driver schedules, credentials, and road plans tighten as the event approaches. Large groups and specialty vehicles should be reserved well before ordinary airport transfers.

If the lineup or exact itinerary is not final, place a planning hold or request a provisional program with clear change and cancellation terms rather than waiting until the last minute.

Event demand, long duty windows, staging, credentials, special access, distance, and limited vehicle supply may change the quoted rate or minimum. You can still receive a fixed confirmed price, because we do not use rideshare-style surge pricing.

An ordinary transfer price is never advertised for an assignment that includes hours of waiting or restricted venue access. The quote shows whether the vehicle is transferring, returning later, or remaining on standby.

Yes. Provide a master itinerary that lists each movement, traveler group, pickup window, destination, vehicle, and contact. The operations team identifies conflicts, realistic travel time, and which movements can share a vehicle.

For large programs we use version-controlled manifests and one approval channel. Changes sent separately to different chauffeurs create errors.
